Python1 offers full refunds with our Web Hosting plans under the following conditions:

30 Days Refunds for Monthly Shared Web Hosting Accounts.

30 Days Refunds for Quarterly Shared Web Hosting Accounts.

30 Days Refunds for Semi-Annually Shared Web Hosting Accounts.

30 Days Refunds for Annual Shared Web Hosting Accounts.

30 Days Refunds for Annual Shared Web Hosting Promotions.

Shared Web Hosting Renewals - Renewals of Shared Web Hosting may be eligible for a refund if you, the account holder, cancel within 3 days of the renewal date. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Python1.

VPS Servers - VPS servers may be eligible for a refund if canceled within 3 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Python1.

Domain Name Registration - New domain registrations can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all domain registrations are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services - Dedicated Servers, SSL Certificates, Domain Transfers, and Domain Renewals are non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund - For any product or service eligible for a refund, please contact our Support Team. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 3 hours.
