When you signup with any of our shared hosting plans, you will recieve an email titled "Your New Account is Ready". There you will find the nameservers for your account. If you did not recieve the email, please check your spam folder, or contact us and we will resend it.

If you purchased a domain name from us, or just recently updated your nameservers from your Domain Registrar, please keep in mind that your domain name will not be visible on the internet instantly. This process is called propagation and can take up to 48 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for the nameservers to resolve.

If you purchased a domain name from us, the nameservers are already set to point to our servers by default. You can update the nameservers from within the client area, should you need
to make any updates.
If you purchased a domain name from another domain registrar, you will need to log into your Domain Registrar and update the DNS to point to our servers. You will find the new nameserver details in the
"Welcome Email".
Domain names can be purchased for a minimum of one year and up to three years.
cPanel has removed "Addon Domains" and is no longer available. Additional domain names can be added by navigating to cPanel > Domains > Domains. There you will be able to add additional domain names that are allocated with your plan.

In order to transfer your domain, you will need an Authorization Code, commonly known as an "EPP Code". You will need to
ask your domain name registrar to provide this. Your domain name also needs to be "unlocked" in order to initiate the transfer.

To renew a domain name, log into the Client Area and from the top navigation bar select Domains > Renew Domains from the drop down menu.
