We started in 2009, formerly known as Bevo Host, and migrated to Python1 in 2013. We have been in business for a total of 10 years.
Where is my "Welcome Email" ?
You should receive your "Welcome" email instantly after signing up, although due to the nature of the email, which contain many links, it could end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, please contact us.
How long does it take for my account to be set up ?
Your Account is activated instantly upon sign up and you will recieve an email wih all your Hosting plan details. If you cannot find your "Welcome" email, please check your spam folder. Accounts are generally setup in under two minutes.
Can I have SSH access ?
SSH is not enabled by default for all our web hosting plans, although if you wish to have SSH access, please open a support ticket and we will enable it for you.
I just signed up. Why is my website not working ?
If you purchased a domain name from us, or just recently updated your nameservers from your Domain Registrar, please keep in mind that your domain name will not be visible on the internet instantly. This process is called propagation and can take up to 48 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for the nameservers to resolve.
Will you transfer my website for free ?
Yes, we will transfer your website for free, under the condition that it's cPanel to cPanel migration.
Can you install a free SSL Certificate ?
We do not provide installation or support for free SSL Certificate's such as Let's Encrypt or others, although we do carry a wide variety of DV, OV, and EV SSL Certificates that you could order here.
If you would like use Let's Encrypt for your website, please open a support ticket and request to have this feature enabled.
Can you install Wordpress ?
Softaculous provides a 1-click installation of Wordpress, however if you need assistance, we can fully install Wordpress for free.
Do you offer cPanel ?
Cpanel is offered for free on all of our shared web host plans.
How many emails can I send per hour ?
You could send up to 200 emails per hour on our Shared hosting plans.
Is Softaculous available ?
Softaculous is available for free on all our shared web hosting plans.
Can I change my main domain ?
Yes, we can change your main domain, simply open a support ticket and provide the new domain name.

How do I update the nameservers ?
If you purchased a domain name from us, the nameservers are already set to point to our servers by default. You can update the nameservers from within the client area, should you need to make any alterations.
If you purchased a domain name elsewhere, you will need to log into your Domain Registrar and update them to point to our servers. You could find the nameserver settings in the "Welcome Email".
For how many years can I purchase a domain name ?
Domain names can be purchased for a minimum of one year and up to three years.
What are Addon Domains ?
Addon Domains allows you to add additional domain names to your account. Depending on which web hosting plan you purchased, the number of Addon Domains varies. You could find the number of Addon Domains for your plan from within the sidebar in cPanel.
How do I transfer a domain name to my account ?
You can transfer your domain name to us from the following link: Transfer Domain.
In order to transfer your domain, you will need an Authorization Code, commonly known as an "EPP Code". You will need to ask your domain name registrar to provide this. Your domain name also needs to be "unlocked" in order to initiate the transfer. Domain transfers generally take between 3-5 days to complete. Once completed, we will notify you.
How do I renew a domain name ?
To renew a domain name, log into the Client Area and from the top navigation bar select Domains > Renew Domains from the drop down menu.
Do you offer refunds ?
We offer 14 day refunds on our "month-to-month" webhosting plans and 30 days for all annual plans.
To request a refund, please open a Billing Support Ticket and provide details.
Refunds generally take 3-5 days to reflect on your statement.
How do I pay an invoice ?
To pay an invoice, log into the Client Area and select Billing > My Invoices from the top navigation bar. There you will find any unpaid invoices.
How do I cancel my web hosting services ?
To cancel your web hosting services, log into the Client Area and select Services > My Services from the top navigation bar and then click on "Active". On the following page you will find "Request Cancellation" link.
