Python1 Terms of Service ("Agreement")

Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using https://python1.com ("the Site") operated by Python1 ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://python1.com.


By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.



Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using Python1's web hosting services, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If Customer does not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, they should not use the services.



Services


Python1 agrees to provide web hosting services to Customer, as selected by Customer during the sign-up process. The details of the services, including pricing, are outlined on the Python1 website.



Payment


Customer agrees to pay all fees and charges associated with the selected web hosting services. Payment terms, including billing cycles and due dates, are specified on the Python1 website. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of services.



Use of Services


Customer agrees to use Python1's services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: illegal content, spam, unauthorized access, and any activity that disrupts Python1's network or services.



Content


Customer is solely responsible for the content they upload, store, or transmit through Python1's services. Python1 reserves the right to remove or disable content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate.




Security


Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Python1 is not liable for any unauthorized access to Customer's account.




Termination


Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause upon written notice. Upon termination, Customer is responsible for any outstanding fees and Python1 may delete Customer's data.




Limitation of Liability


Python1 is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business, arising out of the use or inability to use Python1's services.




Changes to the Agreement


Python1 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Python1 website. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.




Governing Law


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
