I have purchased a web hosting plan and did not receive my account details.
What are the name servers ?
You should receive your "Welcome" email instantly after signing up, although due to the nature of our emails, which contain many links,
it could end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder,if you still do not see it, please contact us.
How long does it take for my account to be set up ?
All of your account details, including the name servers can be found in the email titled
" New Account Information ".

Why can't i see my website ?
Your Account is activated instantly upon sign up and you will recieve an email wih all your Hosting plan details.
If you cannot find your "Welcome" email, please check your spam folder.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
If you purchased a domain name from us, or just recently updated your nameserers from your Domain Regitrar, please keep in mind that your domain name will not be visible on the internet instantly. This process is called propagation and can take up to 48 hours.
Can i upgrade or downgrade my account ?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB, Diners Club, and Debit Card.
Do you offer any refunds?
Yes, log into the Client area with your username and password,Select: Services > My Services > View Details > Upgrade/Downgrade.
Are there any promotion codes ?
We offer refunds on all our web hosting plans within 48 hours of purchase.
I am having trouble logging into cPanel.
From time to time we will post and email promotional codes.
May i use SSH ?
If you are experiencing difficulties logging into cPanel, please type in your username
and password manually (without copy and paste) and if this still does not work, please contact us.
How do I cancel my web hosting plan ?
SSH is not enabled by default for all our web hosting plans, although if you do want to use SSH,
simply open a support ticket and we will enable it for you.

If you would like to cancel your web hosting plan, simply log into the client area
and you will find the link to cancel your account.
Why does my temporary URL not work ?
Please log into the client area and open a support ticket.
Do you allow adult content ?
Temporary URL is only provided to accounts wih a dedicated IP. We do not allow dedicated
IP's with our shared hosting plans.
What is not allowed on your servers ?
Adult content is not allowed on our shared web hosting plans, although it
is allowed on our VPS and Dedicated server plans.
Why does cPanel ceate a subdomain when adding an addon domain ?
We do not allow warez, hack, crack, key generator and gambling websites,and also torrent
software and proxie websites or anything illegal.
The subdomain is required for the addon to work properly and should not be removed.
cPanel will not allow you to remove the sub-domain without removing the addon domain first.
cPanel just works this way.
It is not possible to add an addon domain without a corresponding subdomain, because this is fundamental to the
design of addon domains in cPanel.
